ARTWORK GUIDELINES

Prepare Artwork That’s Ready for Production.

Good artwork helps ensure accurate branding and efficient production. Final requirements can vary by product and decoration method, but these guidelines are a strong starting point.

FILE PREPARATION

What to Send Us

The right file setup helps reduce production delays and keeps brand details consistent across different products and decoration methods.

Preferred File Formats

Vector artwork is preferred whenever available. Common formats include AI, EPS, SVG, and print-ready PDF. High-resolution PNG or JPG files may be suitable for some applications.

Logos & Fonts

Provide original logo artwork where possible. Fonts should be outlined, or the required font files and usage information should be supplied separately.

Color References

Provide Pantone, CMYK, RGB, or HEX references when brand color accuracy is important. Final matching can vary by material, print method, and production process.

Artwork Approval

Production begins only after the applicable artwork, placement, specifications, and project details have been reviewed and approved.

ARTWORK WORKFLOW

From File Submission to Production Approval

Artwork requirements differ by item, but the review process generally follows the same sequence before production starts.

01

Submit Artwork

Send the best available logo, artwork, colors, fonts, and any placement or sizing instructions.

02

Artwork Review

We review the files against the product and decoration method and identify anything that needs adjustment or clarification.

03

Proof & Placement

Where applicable, a proof or mockup is prepared showing the artwork placement, size, and relevant production details.

04

Approve for Production

Production begins only after the applicable artwork and project specifications have been approved.

PRODUCTION NOTE

Final Requirements Depend on the Product and Decoration Method

Some products require specific file setup, print dimensions, bleed, color modes, or decoration limitations. Our team will confirm any product-specific requirements during the quoting and proofing process.
